  • Develop basic and seasonal collections for the brand (tops line).
  • Conduct market survey and trend research.
  • Coordinate with the Production, Sourcing and Logistics teams to come with workable designs using the latest materials, technologies and techniques.
  • Present the proposed collections in a line adoption process for final sendoff to bulk production.
  • Ensure designs are followed throughout the production process.
  • Use the results of sales performance of previous seasons to create the next line.
  • Come up with a good store design concept and seasonal retail visuals.

Requirements:


- Technical mastery – must know about fashion design especially for casual wear
