*** JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Graduated from College/ Universities (Web graphics-design faculty)

2. Minimum two years graphic designer experience. In some cases, good fresh graduate with enough confidence can be accepted.

3. Strong Corel Draw, Adobe family, Flash, Dream Weaver, HTML, CSS and Javascript skills.

4. Should have a strong skill for HTML and CSS coding based on W3C.

5. Knowledge about Flash, Action Script are a plus.

6. Experience with Flash and experience in making games are a plus.

7. Experience in making the web site on Mobile is a plus.

8. Experience in making the Japanese web site is a plus

9. Should be able to produce quality brochure or website design with minimum supervision.

10. English / Japanese communication is a plus.

11. Can work in teamwork and independently.

12. Hardworking.

13. Be able to self-study, update new technology, coach and train others.

*** RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Be responsible for the layout, visual appearance and usability of a website.

2. Create design prototypes, including graphic design, site navigation, and layout of content for both PC Web and Mobile Web.

3. Design and implement creative designs and graphics for both PC Web and Mobile

4. Ensure the website is accessible from a variety of different platforms, screen depths and other constraints.

5. Make changes and update the web site as needed.

6. Understand the clients' requirements and propose about upstream parts of making website like user navigation and architecture, and implement that design.
